• Download and install the App on iOS devices you own or control
• Access and use premium features based on your purchase status

1.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Attempt to bypass purchase validation systems
• Use the App in any way that violates Apple's App Store guidelines

2.1 In-App Purchases

• The App offers both subscription and one-time purchase options
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region

2.2 Subscription Terms

• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Free trial is available for new subscribers only
• Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID settings

2.3 Refunds

All refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store support.

3.1 Local Storage

• Workout configurations are stored locally on your device
• Usage data is stored locally using iOS system features

3.2 Purchase Data

We process purchase validation through Apple's StoreKit framework.
